愛らしく精緻な細工が施されたこのVictorian スターリングシルバー製ホイッスルペンダントは、渦巻く植物文様の打ち出し細工と鮮明な彫金装飾が美しく映える逸品です。先細りの形状と丸環が、華やかさと実用性を兼ね備えたシャトレーヌの趣を醸し出しています。

内部の玉とアーチ型の音窓も揃い、現在も十分に機能します。1874年を示す日付文字「Z」の刻印があり、表面には時を重ねた柔らかな古色が陰影を際立たせ、当時の雰囲気を一層引き立てています。
