The ornate repoussé frame is adorned with foliate and scroll motifs, closing with a neat twin‑ball kiss‑lock, while the fine hand‑linked ring‑mesh drapes to a scalloped hem finished with three tiny ball drops for a graceful flourish. We also love the clam-shell design!

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 82mm long x 49mm wide.
WEIGHT: 36.7g.

MATERIALS: Tests as Sterling Silver.

STAMPS: "MB" maker's mark.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

EXCELLENT: The mesh is intact with an even drape and the repoussé frame remains crisp, showing only light surface wear and attractive patina. The hinge and twin‑ball clasp function smoothly; minor waviness to the lower edge is commensurate with age, with no obvious repairs.
