These Victorian Piqué double-drop earrings are a beautifully balanced study in contrast and craft. Each glossy dark “lentil” is enriched with fine 9ct Gold foliate sprays, rosettes and dotted scrollwork, the larger drop encircled by a delicate garland motif for an elegant Aesthetic/Japonisme flourish. The graduated, articulated construction gives a subtle sway that catches the light on every detail.

Finished with simple Silver shepherd hooks, they offer that quintessential Victorian charm—ornate yet refined—perfect for elevating both everyday and evening looks. A timeless antique pair with intricate decoration and effortless movement.

MEASUREMENTS: Earrings are 34mm long x 15mm wide, at widest point.
WEIGHT: 4.5g (pair).

MATERIALS: Tests as Silver Hooks, Pique with 9ct Gold detailing.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT: The Piqué are smooth and free from scratches or signs of damage, with only light, superficial wear to the surfaces and minor rubs to the Gold detailing commensurate with age, visible under close inspection. Hooks show some wear but remain secure and ready to wear. The articulation and components are sound with no issues noted.
