MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 44mm long x 32mm wide.
Weight: 22g.

MATERIALS: Tests as Sterling Silver, 9ct Gold.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

Condition

VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT: This Victorian Aesthetic Silver oval locket is in wonderful condition. The Silver is lustrous and the details have all remained crisp and defined. The bale has a minor split but is still robust, and there is some mild surface wear on the back and inside the locket. This wear is commensurate with age and does not impact the beauty or wearability of the piece. Most importantly, the front is immaculate and the locket closes securely, allowing you to keep your memories safely inside.
