This Victorian 9ct Gold Paste crescent moon & star locket will make a striking addition to your antique jewellery collection! The front of the locket is inlaid with a Ruby Paste within a star setting, accented by a Diamond Paste encrusted crescent, each one exquisitely cut to catch the light.

This antique locket has space for two precious photographs, making it a wonderful gift choice or sentimental treat for yourself. Crafted from 9ct Gold and exuding celestial allure, it has bundles of Victorian character.

MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 39mm long, inc. jump ring.
Locket is 23.5mm wide.
Moon Paste stones are 1mm in diameter.
Star paste stone is 2mm in diameter.
Weight: 6.3g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold Back & Front, metal frames an hinge for strength & durability, red and white Paste.

STAMPS: 9CT GOLD BACK & FRONT on locket back.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

VERY GOOD. This Victorian 9ct Gold Paste crescent moon & star locket is in very good condition. The Gold has an even buttery hue throughout and each Paste is securely set within its crisp celestial setting. There is some minor wear on the inside of the locket, commensurate with age, but this won't be noticeable once photos have been added. With both frames present and the doors shutting securely, this Victorian Gold locket can be enjoyed with confidence!
