ERA: Victorian (1837-1901).
MEASUREMENTS: Inner circumference is 6 & 1/2" or 16.5cm.
Outer measurements are 62mm long x 54mm wide.
Garnets are 3mm in diameter, weighing approx. 0.55ct combined.
Diamonds are 1.1mm in diameter.
Weight: 7.6g
MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, Rhodolite Garnet (0.55ct), Rose Cut Diamonds.
STAMPS: 9, .375 on back of clasp tongue
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.
PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.
Condition
VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT. This Victorian 9ct Gold Garnet Diamond star-set bangle is in wonderful condition. Each gemstone is set securely and is free from any visible signs of wear. The Gold has a lovely rosy hue and although the shape of the bangle has warped ever so lightly from use over the years, this is minor and to be expected from a piece of over a century old. With her clasp in perfect working order and the addition of a safety chain, you can wear her with the utmost confidence!
