Encircling the heart, two tight tiers of small faceted Garnets create a rich, sparkling rosette that feels both opulent and intimate—perfectly capturing the sentiment of the era.

Crafted in low-carat Garnet Gold and finished with a 9ct Gold jump ring, the piece features a glass locket back to cradle a cherished keepsake. Beautifully preserved with a gentle antique patina, it’s a soulful jewel that wears its history with grace.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 24mm long x 22mm wide.
Central Garnet is 12mm wide.

MATERIALS: Tests as low-carat Garnet Gold, 9ct Gold jump ring, Garnet.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

VERY GOOD: Garnets present beautifully with minimal age-related surface wear visible under close inspection, and all stones are securely set. The central Garnet shows light surface scuffs in keeping with an authentic Victorian piece, which do not diminish its rich glow, and the glass locket back functions perfectly. The Gold displays a light, even antique patina consistent with careful wear.
