ERA: Victorian (1837–1901). Later added bolt ring.

MEASUREMENTS: Chain is 17 & 1/2" or 44.5cm long.
Links are 2.5mm wide.
WEIGHT: 8.8g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

EXCELLENT: The chain has a rich yellow colour and secure links throughout. Faceted links are crisp with minimal wear, and the bolt ring clasp is in strong working order. A superbly preserved example of a Victorian Gold belcher chain.
