ERA: Late Georgian - Early Victorian c.1840-1850.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 36mm long including bale.
Pendant itself is 26mm long x 24mm wide.
Central Amethyst is 11mm long x 8.5mm wide, weighing approx 2.50ct.
Outer Amethysts are 3.5mm in diameter, weighing approx 1.80ct combined.
Total Amethyst weight is approx. 4.30ct.
Weight: 2.5g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, 4.30ct Amethysts (smaller halo are foiled).

STAMPS: WHWLD Makers mark, 9C on back.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

EXCELLENT. An excellently presented early Victorian 9ct Gold Amethyst swirl pendant! This piece has gorgeous Amethysts with deep purple hues. Each stone is securely set and the central Amethyst has a lovely natural inclusion, paying homage to Mother Nature and adding to her antique charm. The piece is in impeccable condition for its age with a clear "9CT" stamp and beautiful plump closed-back settings that are smooth all along the border making this pendant comfortable to wear.
