This exquisite Victorian pendant takes the form of a finely engraved fan, crafted in approximately 7ct Gold and set with vivid Turquoise and deep red Garnets. Each gemstone adds a vibrant contrast to the softly patinated Gold, evoking the colourful, romantic spirit of the late 19th century.

The back of the pendant conceals a fitted glass locket compartment, a touching reminder of its original sentimental purpose. Both decorative and meaningful, it’s a perfect example of the artistry and symbolism that define Victorian jewellery.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 24mm long including jump ring.
Pendant itself is 15.5mm long x 18mm wide.
Turquoise measures 2.5mm in diameter.
Garnet measures 5mm long x 4mm wide.
WEIGHT: 2.4g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 7ct Gold, Turquoise, Garnet, Glass panel.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

VERY GOOD: The gemstones are secure and bright with minimal age-related wear. The engraved Gold shows light surface wear commensurate with age, and the glass locket back remains intact and clear.
