Pearls graduate from 1.5mm to 2.5mm in diameter.
Opals are 2.5mm in diameter.

HALLMARKS: Worn HA Maker's mark, Crown, 22, Birmingham Anchor, Date letter X for the year 1872, Queen's head Duty stamp.

Condition
VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT: This Victorian 22ct Gold Opal Pearl gypsy ring is in wonderful condition. The Gold has a sumptuous glow with wonderful reflective qualities, and the band is smooth providing comfortable wear. There is some mild wear around the gemstone settings, noticeable under close inspection, but they all remain securely set and free from surface wear. The hallmarks are fully legible, allowing us to date this authentic piece of Victorian jewellery to 1872!
