This exquisite Victorian locket is a true sentimental treasure, designed as a delicate Forget-Me-Not flower set with bright Persian Turquoise petals surrounding a central antique Diamond. Crafted in rich 18ct Gold with a beautifully engraved 15ct Gold bale, it features swirling acanthus leaves and intricate floral detailing that catch the light beautifully.

The back of the locket is complete with a glass compartment, to which you can place a treasured photograph or momento. Romantic, rare, and brimming with Victorian charm.

Item Details

ERA: Victorian, c.1870.

MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 32.5mm long including bale.
Locket itself is 19mm in diameter.
Turquoise stones are 3mm in diameter.
Diamond is 2.5mm in diameter, weighing approx. 0.06ct.
WEIGHT: 5.0g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold locket, 15ct Gold bale, Sterling Silver Diamond setting, Natural Persian Turquoise, Old Mine Cut Diamond (0.06ct).

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

EXCELLENT: The Turquoise stones are bright and secure with no damage, and the central Diamond is full of antique sparkle. The engraved Gold is crisp with minimal wear, and the glass back is intact with no chips or cracks. The locket opens and closes securely and has been beautifully preserved for its age.
