Bejewelled with Victorian romance, this five-stone half hoop is crafted in glowing 18ct Gold. A cushion-rectangular Garnet in a refined pink-red hue sits at the centre, flanked by a pair of creamy Pearls and finished with petite round Garnets to the outer edges. The stones nestle in low collet settings with fine milgrain, all poised over a pierced, scalloped gallery.

MEASUREMENTS: Ring band tapers from 6.5mm wide at the front to 2mm wide at the back.
Garnets graduate from 3mm in diameter to 5.5mm long x 4.5mm wide.
Pearls measure 3mm in diameter.
WEIGHT: 2g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, Garnet, Pearl.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

EXCELLENT: Garnets and Pearls are secure in their settings with minimal surface wear visible under magnification. The 18ct Gold band, gallery and details remain crisp with light marks commensurate with age. No obvious signs of later resizing or repair.
