ERA: Victorian (1837–1901).

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 25mm long including jump ring.
Pendant is 16mm wide.
Emerald measures 5.5mm long x 5mm wide, weighing approx. 0.50ct.
WEIGHT: 2.9g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, Emerald (0.50ct), Hair (can be removed).

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

EXCELLENT: The Emerald displays natural inclusions characteristic of the gemstone and period, with bright colour and crisp facet edges. The 18ct Gold body is beautifully preserved with sharp engraving and only light age-appropriate surface wear to high points. No evidence of later repairs or alterations observed.
