This exquisite Victorian starburst pendant with brooch fittings captures all the celestial drama of the late 19th century. Crafted in rich 15ct Gold, its radiating rays are set with natural Pearls of beautifully even colour, culminating in a bright Old Mine Cut Diamond at the centre. The contrast of soft, glowing Pearls against the antique Diamond gives the piece both delicacy and impact.

Dated to around c.1900 and stamped 15ct, this jewel can be worn as either a pendant or a brooch, making it wonderfully versatile. A classic statement of Victorian sentiment and craftsmanship, perfect for adding a luminous antique spark to any look.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant–brooch is 28mm in diameter.
Pearls graduate from 1mm to 2.5mm in diameter.
Diamond is approx. 2.5mm in diameter, weighing approx. 0.10ct.
WEIGHT: 4.80g

MATERIALS: 15ct Gold, Natural Pearls, Old Mine Cut Diamond (0.10ct).

STAMPS: 15CT.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

EXCELLENT: The Diamond is bright and crisp with no chips or abrasions. The Pearls show even colour and lustre with no replacements or losses. The Gold setting is defined with very minimal wear, and both the brooch mechanism and pendant fittings are secure and well-preserved.
