This solid 9ct Gold engraved swallow oval locket is gorgeous! Exquisitely engraved with delicate details on both sides, this decorative antique locket was made to be cherished for generations.

Clearly hallmarked to the year 1916, this antique locket is a fine collector's piece. With swallows symbolising a fresh start, this Post-Edwardian Gold locket would be a lovely gift for someone experiencing change. The inside of the locket can hold two treasured photos within its frames, allowing its recipient to keep loved ones close to their heart at all times!

HALLMARKS: 9, .375, Chester Assay, Date letter Q for 1916. Bale also has 9, .375 stamp.

VERY GOOD. This solid 9ct Gold engraved swallow oval locket is in fabulous condition. Her engravings are crisp and clear with no signs of wear. There are one or two little scratches inside the locket, however this is not visible while the locket is worn and will be covered once photos have been added. She closes with a satisfying 'click', keeping your cherished memories secure by your heart.
