ERA: Victorian (1837–1901).

MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 28mm long including jump ring.
Locket is 17mm wide.
WEIGHT: 4.2g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 15ct Gold.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

EXCELLENT: The Gold surfaces are bright with crisp engravings and only light surface wear commensurate with age. The internal lens shows light natural cloudiness typical for period glass. The hinged case is in strong visual order with no obvious repairs, suggesting the piece has been very well cared for over time.
