Romantic and refined, this Victorian double heart pendant is crafted in rich 15ct Gold and lavishly adorned with creamy seed Pearls, vivid green Emeralds and a twinkling Diamond accent. The openwork twin hearts are pavé-set with Pearls, while articulated tiers of scalloped collet-set Emeralds create graceful movement with every step.

Dated c.1890, the pendant’s girandole-style cascade showcases approximately 1.50ct of Emerald, its bright green hue beautifully framed by the warm glow of 15ct Gold. A petite Diamond at the apex adds a delicate sparkle, and the gentle antique patina completes its elegant, heirloom allure.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 51mm long including bail.
Pearls are 1.5mm to 2mm in diameter.
Round Emeralds are 4.5mm in diameter x 3.5mm deep.
Emerald is 6.5mm long x 4mm wide x 3.5mm deep, approximately 1.50cts in total.
Diamond is 1.5mm in diameter.
WEIGHT: 4.2g

MATERIALS: Tests as 15ct Gold, Pearls, Emerald (1.50ct), Diamond.

STAMPS: 15ct.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

VERY GOOD: Minor surface wear to the Gold and gentle age-related patina, with the stones presenting well; one seed Pearl is missing. The Emeralds display attractive natural inclusions and light, commensurate wear under magnification. Settings and articulation are secure, and the piece has been well cared for over time.
