A luminous Georgian treasure, this Silver Paste snowflake pendant dates to circa 1820 and shimmers with romantic allure. Its radiating starburst silhouette is composed of delicate openwork foliate and scrolling arms, all meticulously hand-finished for that coveted antique character.

Set throughout with graduating White Paste, the design cascades from petite accents to a raised central focal stone, creating a beautiful play of light against the softly patinated Silver. Ornate yet airy, it’s an elegant statement of early 19th-century craftsmanship that feels as enchanting today as it did two centuries ago.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 38.5mm long including jump ring.
Pendant itself is 32mm in diameter.
Paste stones graduate from 2mm to 8mm in diameter.
WEIGHT: 7g.

MATERIALS: Tests as Silver, 9ct Gold jump ring, Paste.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

VERY GOOD: The Paste stones are bright with only minor age-related facet wear visible under magnification. The Silver shows light surface wear consistent with age and retains an attractive antique patina. There is evidence of a conversion from a brooch on the back, which is not visible from the front. The settings are crisp and the piece has been well cared for.
