Pretty in pink, this Georgian pink Paste rivière necklace is a must-have for antique jewellery enthusiasts. The necklace consists of blush baby pink Paste gemstones that flow like a river around the neck, encapsulating the essence of the French word for river, rivière!

Measuring 14.5" long, this treasure will effortlessly caress your neck, peeking out from beneath your collar. We adore how the blushed tones of the pink Paste gemstones vary slightly in hue, an homage to the perfectly imperfect craftsmanship of antique jewellery.

VERY GOOD: Given the grand age of this beauty, we think it has stood the test of time wonderfully well. The pink Paste gemstones are practically identical in tone. The gemstones have remained in wonderful condition overall, secure in their settings, but there are one or two that have some nicks on their sides - this is only visible up close!

The back of the settings are smooth and wear super comfortably against the skin. There are some signs of wear to the back, but this is commensurate with age, and given that the piece is over 200 years old, we think it has lasted remarkably well!
