The foiled Citrine oozes flaming sunset hues, flaunting glints of Gold foil as you move her beneath the light; this luscious play of colour is known as 'oil and vinegar', a technique often used within Iberian jewellery of the 18th and 19th centuries.

With a smooth domed back and pie crust settings, crafted from Silver with a sun-kissed 18ct Gold border, this Citrine pendant boasts exquisite Georgian characteristics that make it a highly desirable piece. The perfect size to suspend from an antique chain or dog-clip, you will always find a way to show off her sheer beauty!

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 45mm long including bale.
Pendnat itself is 35mm long x 14mm wide.
Citrine is 22mm long x 12.5mm wide, weighing approx. 7.20ct.
Diamonds graduate from 1.5mm to 2.5mm in diameter.
Weight: 4.5g.

MATERIALS: Tests as Silver, 18ct Gold rim, Foiled Citrine (7.20ct), Rose-cut Diamonds.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

EXCELLENT/VERY GOOD: This Georgian 9ct Gold Amethyst Pearl pear pendant is in very good to excellent condition - especially taking into consideration her vast age! The Citrine sits securely, fabulously faceted, flaunting soft fiery glistens. The Diamonds have some mild wear and variation between sizes, but we feel this only adds to her antique charm. The back has some very subtle wear but has retained the domed form impeccably. We'll be sad to see her go!
