A sweet Georgian treasure, these petite drop earrings glow with foiled Yellow Paste in refined bezel settings. The oval stones radiate warm, Citrine-esque hues, their colour deepened by the traditional foil backing and framed by smooth rubover bezels for a refined, gem-forward look.

Hand-finished details give them that coveted antique character, from the softly contoured Silver to elegant 9ct Gold French hooks. Delicate and wearable, they dance with light and offer effortless day-to-night elegance.

Item Details

ERA: Georgian (1714–1837).

MEASUREMENTS: Earrings are 16mm long including hooks.
Paste stones are 11mm long x 8mm wide.
WEIGHT: 2.6g (pair).

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold French hooks, Silver settings, Yellow Paste.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

VERY GOOD: The Paste stones are bright with only light abrasions and a few tiny nicks visible under close inspection. The Silver shows gentle, even patina with minor surface marks and subtle rim waviness; the 9ct Gold hooks are secure with slight bends from normal use. Well cared for throughout, with no losses or evident repairs.
