ERA: Georgian, c.1780.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 48mm long x 34.5mm wide.
Paste gemstones are 6mm long x 6.5mm wide.
Weight: 6.5g

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, Foiled Amethyst.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

VERY GOOD. This Georgian 9ct Gold foiled Amethyst cross pendant is in wonderful antique condition, looking absolutely phenomenal considering she's over two centuries old! The Amthystrs are all present and securely set, with their foiling remaining intact. There are a few dings on the back, but these are not visible when the pendant is worn and do not affect the integrity of the piece. A superb piece of Georgian jewellery ready to be worn with pride by the woman whose neck she adorns.
