This Georgian 9ct Gold flat-cut Garnet shaker locket is an early 19th-century treasure that is equally as stylish today!

This antique locket has been crafted from buttery 9ct Gold and displays a symmetrical border of flat-cut Garnets that give this piece a floral flourish. The inside of the locket is currently home to some sparkly Paste gemstones, but this can be added to or changed to your heart's desire!

ERA: Georgian, c.1800-1820.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 23.5mm long x 21mm wide.
Garnets are 4mm in diameter.
Weight: 4.9g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, Flat-Cut Garnets, Glass panel, Loose Paste gemstones.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

VERY GOOD. This Georgian 9ct Gold flat-cut Garnet shaker locket is in very good condition. The locket has securely set Garnets with no wear to note. The locket door opens to reveal the sparkly Paste gemstones, but you can replace or add to them if you so please! There is some sign of conversion on the back of the pendant, from a brooch, but this is not when you wear it!
