MEASUREMENTS: Band tapers from 5mm wide at the front to 1.5mm wide at the back.
Pearls graduate from 3.5mm to 4mm in diameter.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, Natural Pearl.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

Condition

VERY GOOD: Natural Pearls show charming variation in colour with light age-consistent surface wear and lovely, even lustre. The 18ct Gold scalloped settings and tapering shank are crisp with a gentle antique patina, and the stones are secure. Evidence of a past resize to the band; overall well cared for and ready to wear.
