MEASUREMENTS: Amethysts graduate from 4.5mm long x 3.5mm wide to 5.5mm long x 4.5mm wide.
Ring face is 9.5mm wide.
Ring band is 2mm wide.

MATERIALS: Tests as 15ct Gold, Foiled Amethyst.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

GOOD: This Georgian 15ct Gold Foiled Amethyst five stone ring is in good condition, especially considering her grand age. The Amethysts, although they have some wear to them, are set securely and foiled beautifully, a wonderful sight. The 15ct Gold is brightly saturated, and while one of the beaded details is missing, this does not affect the overall impact on the piece. Her twisted rope band has slightly warped, however, she still sits flush on the finger. At over 200 years old, this Georgian ring can be enjoyed straight from its box!
