A vivid blue synthetic Sapphire takes centre stage in this elegant French Art Deco ring. Around it, fine Platinum curves and tiny Diamonds form an openwork border, creating a beautifully layered frame. The deep colour is especially striking against the pale, sparkling setting.

From the side, a delicate Gold gallery lifts the cluster above a slender band. Its elongated outline has a lovely presence on the hand, while the airy construction lets you appreciate the workmanship from every angle. A distinctive period jewel with a bright splash of blue.

Sapphire measures 7.5mm long by 5.5mm wide by 5mm deep.
Diamonds measure 1mm in diameter.
WEIGHT: 2.5g

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, with a Platinum setting.

GEMSTONES: Synthetic Sapphire, 1.60ct, and Diamonds.

STAMPS: Obscured French stamp on the band.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

VERY GOOD: This elegant Art Deco ring is in very good overall condition. There is some wear to the Gold at the back of the setting holding the Sapphire, but the stone is completely secure. Its vivid blue centre and delicate Diamond surround remain wonderfully eye-catching.
