A refined French Augis medallion pendant in rich 18ct Gold, beautifully finished with an engine-turned sunburst ground and a scalloped, faceted border. At its heart sits a raised cross above a flowing banner inscribed “QU’HIER / QUE DEMAIN”, translation to "More than yesterday, less than tomorrow", the renowned Augis motif rendered here with crisp relief and elegant proportion.

A pair of Ruby baguettes add a discreet dash of colour, neatly set in a rectangular bezel that catches the light as you move. Romantic and impeccably made, this vintage French jewel is both a timeless keepsake and an effortlessly wearable daily talisman.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 27.5mm long including jump ring.
Pendant itself is 21.5mm in diameter.
Rubies measure 1mm long x 2mm wide.
WEIGHT: 3g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Yellow Gold, 18ct White Gold cross, Ruby.

STAMPS: Augis French maker's mark, French eagle's head for 18ct Gold on the hasp.

EXCELLENT: The Rubies are bright and securely set with no chips or noticeable abrasions. The 18ct Gold shows only light surface wear and fine scratches commensurate with age, with the engine-turned pattern and relief details remaining crisp. The bail and settings are sound with no evidence of repair or restoration.
