We are in awe of this 9ct Gold emergency one pound note charm! Her one pound note is folded with precision to perfectly fit within her buttery 9ct Gold box, showcasing the word 'ONE' behind her clear pane of glass.

She is known as an 'emergency money' charm, with the idea that you would break the glass open when you are in need of money. With this particular charm, she even has 'in emergency break glass' written at her base. This is a real testament to the pre-decimal era. MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 12mm long x 14mm wide x 8.5mm deep.
Weight: 2.8g.

MATERIALS: Test as 9ct Gold, Glass, One Pound Note.

HALLMARKS: 'G&H' Makers mark, '9', '.375', London Leopard's Head, Date letter 'q' for the year 1971 on the back of the charm.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

VERY GOOD. This Emergency one pound note charm is in very good condition! The 9ct Gold is buttery throughout and has kept its rectangular form well. There are a few light dings on the back but nothing untoward. With a jump ring suspended from her corner, she hangs at a slight angle, which we think is super cute! A wonderful vintage charm packed with historic value!
