Plucked from the prettiest era, this Edwardian Silver Paste shaker locket will look resplendent adorning your décolletage! Finely crafted from solid Silver, this antique locket boasts a 9ct Gold frame bordered by dazzling white Diamond Paste, topped by a whimsical bow for a feminine finishing touch.

A sprinkling of loose Opals and Diamonds is held within the glass panes, adding a sense of movement to the piece. The locket compartment can easily be opened and its contents added to or replaced, making this Edwardian shaker the perfect customiseable accessory!

MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 37mm long inc jump ring.
Locket itself is 23.5mm in diameter.
Paste gems are 2.5mm in diameter.
Weight: 7.2g.

MATERIALS: Tests as Silver, 9ct Gold frame, Paste, Loose Opals & Diamonds.

STAMPS: 900 on base of locket.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

VERY GOOD: This Edwardian Silver Paste shaker locket is in very good condition. The locket has held its form well and remains a robust piece for daily wear. The Paste are all present and securely set, with no chips, although some have yellowed slightly over time. The Silver has accrued an admirable patina, enhancing the brilliance of the Paste, and shows only mild surface wear throughout. Both glass panes are present and secure, the front pane does have some minor nibbles, which is to be expected from a piece from the Edwardian era and does not detract from the overall impact of the piece. The locket compartment opens easily and closes securely, so you can use and wear this antique shaker locket with absolute confidence!
