This exquisite Edwardian pendant is crafted in 9ct Yellow Gold and set with zingy green Peridots. Designed with a circular centrepiece resembling a starburst motif, the pendant is set with seven sparkling round Peridots radiating from the middle. From the base hang three delicate Gold chains, each suspending an oval Peridot drop, adding movement and elegance.

The Gold has a bright, rich colour with the appearance of higher carat Gold, complementing the lively apple-green gemstones beautifully. Complete with its original “9CT” stamped bale and brooch fittings to the reverse, this versatile jewel can be worn as both pendant and brooch, making it a fabulous addition to any antique jewellery collection.

ERA: Edwardian (1901–1909).

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 72mm long including bale x 28mm wide.
Centrepiece is 28mm in diameter, set with seven round Peridots approx. 3mm each.
Bale is 10mm long.
Drop section is 21mm long with oval Peridot drops measuring 4.5mm tall (outer) and 3.5mm tall (central).
WEIGHT: 4.3g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Yellow Gold, Peridot.

STAMPS: 9CT on bale.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

EXCELLENT: The pendant is in excellent condition. All Peridots are bright and secure with no chips or nicks. The Gold retains a rich lustre with the appearance of higher carat Gold. The drops move smoothly and elegantly when worn.
