A graceful Edwardian garland pendant crafted in 9ct Gold, its openwork foliate wreath alive with flowing whiplash scrolls and delicate leafy sprays. At the heart glows a vivid round Red Paste, while two dainty Rock Crystal accents add a cool, sparkling lift. An articulated oval Garnet drop completes the composition, adding a soft, romantic movement as it catches the light.

Item Details

ERA: Edwardian (1901–1909).

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 38mm long including bail.
Pendant itself is 32mm long x 27mm wide.
Round Red Paste centre stone measures 5mm in diameter.
Oval Garnet drop measures 4.5mm long x 3.5mm wide, weighing approximately 0.20ct.
WEIGHT: 1.6g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, Garnet (0.20ct), Red Paste, Rock Crystal.

STAMPS: 9CT.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

VERY GOOD: Light surface wear to the Gold commensurate with age, with a bright, well-preserved polish overall. Stones are lively and secure, with settings intact and the articulated drop moving freely. No visible repairs or losses, suggesting the piece has been well cared for.
