MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold Back and Front, metal frames and hinge for strength & durability

STAMPS: 9CT FRONT BACK on back of locket
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

EXCELLENT: This Edwardian 9ct Gold engraved oval locket is in very good antique condition. The Gold has a warm hue with only mild surface wear commensurate with age. The engraved details remain wonderfully defined and full of charm. The locket shuts gently and does not click closed, but she remains secure when worn, allowing for consistent and safe wear for years to come!
