A romantic Edwardian “Toi et Moi” ring, symbolising two souls entwined, crafted in 9ct Gold and set with a pair of captivating lilac to purple colour-change Sapphires. Each round Sapphire is an antique lab-made or “synthetic “ Sapphire, just over 0.50ct each, and shifts in hue depending on the light, ranging from violet to bluish tones, adding a magical and ever-changing character to this antique jewel.

MEASUREMENTS: Sapphires measure approx 6mm in diameter.
Ring band is 1.5mm wide at the back.
WEIGHT: 2.2g

MATERIALS: 9ct Gold, Synthetic Colour-Change Sapphire (1.06cts total).

STAMPS: 9CT.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

EXCELLENT: The colour-change Sapphires are vibrant and secure with no chips or abrasions. Gold band shows only minor wear consistent with age. Slight wear to the settings noted but all stones remain firmly set.
