MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 37.5mm long inc. bale.
Pendant is 15mm wide, at widest point.
Kite shaped Ruby is 6.5mm long x 4mm wide, weighing approx. 0.30ct.
Round Ruby drop is 3.4mm, weighing approx. 0.16ct.
Total Ruby weight is approx. 0.46ct.
Diamonds are approx. 1.7mm in diameter, weighing approx. 0.10ct combined.
Weight: 2.3g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Yellow Gold & White Gold Diamond settings, 0.46ct Rubies (likely lab-made), natural Diamonds (0.10ct).

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT. This Edwardian 18ct Gold Ruby Diamond drop pendant is in superb condition. The Gold is brightly saturated and the pendant has kept its form well with no dings to note. A tiny part of the bezel around the kite-shaped Ruby has worn down at the top, but this is only noticeable up close and the Ruby is securely set. The gems are free from chips or abrasions and all remain secure within their setting. With a Diamond-encrusted bale to finish, all you need is a skinny Gold chain to suspend it from!
