We love this Edwardian 15ct Gold green Tourmaline drop necklace! The chain is 17" long, allowing the green Tourmaline drop to sit centrally between the collarbones.

Item Details

ERA: Edwardian (1901-1910).

MEASUREMENTS: Necklace is 17" or 43cm long.
Tourmaline drop is 43mm long.
Bottom Tourmaline is 12mm in diameter.
Total Tourmaline weight is approx 6.00ct.
Weight: 5.2g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 15ct Gold, Green Tourmaline (6.00ct).

STAMPS: 15CT on back of bottom drop and bolt-ring.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

VERY GOOD. This Edwardian 15ct Gold green Tourmaline drop necklace is in very good condition. The chain links are all securely connected and the Tourmaline gems are held firmly within their bezels. There is very little wear to the piece, the only thing to note is just below the top Tourmaline drop, where there was likely once a Pearl that is no longer there, but this isn't something that's very noticeable. With a fully functioning bolt ring, you can enjoy this Edwardian necklace with absolute confidence!
