A captivating Edwardian charm, this naturalistic Eagle claw grasps a luminous Pearl “egg” with lifelike precision. The sculpted talons and chased texture create a wonderfully tactile, slightly gothic silhouette that feels both talismanic and elegant.

ERA: Edwardian (1901–1909).

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 22mm long including jump ring.
Pendant itself is 16.5mm long x 9.5mm wide.
Pearl is 4mm in diameter.
WEIGHT: 2g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 15ct Gold, 9ct Gold jump ring, Pearl.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

EXCELLENT: The Gold shows crisp, naturalistic detailing with only light surface wear to the high points commensurate with age. The Pearl retains good lustre and nacre coverage and is securely held within the talons. No dents, splits or repairs observed.
