A beautiful Vintage David Andersen enamel leaf necklace in gilded Silver. This iconic design features a series of softly curved leaves, each coated in vibrant enamel with fine vein detailing that shimmers as they catch the light. The necklace drapes elegantly around the neck, measuring 16.5" in length and 15mm wide, with each leaf a statement in itself.

Stamped for Norway Sterling 925, this piece exemplifies the exceptional craftsmanship of David Andersen, one of Scandinavia’s most celebrated silversmiths. A collectible and wearable piece of mid-20th century jewellery design.

ERA: 20th Century Vintage.

MEASUREMENTS: Necklace is 16 & 1/2" or 42cm long.
Leaves are 22.5mm long x 15mm wide.
WEIGHT: 35g.

MATERIALS: Tests as Sterling Silver, Gilded Gold, Enamel.

STAMPS: “Norway Sterling 925”.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

EXCELLENT: The Enamel is pristine with no chips or loss. The Gilded Silver surfaces are bright and well-preserved and the links, clasp and settings are all secure and in fine working order.
