EXCELLENT: The Opal is bright with only light surface wear visible under magnification and no chips or cracks observed. The 18ct Gold setting and claws are secure with gentle age-related marks and a soft patina in the recesses; the shank is in fine shape with no visible thinning. No evidence of later repairs or resizing noted.
