A heavenly Victorian starburst alive with light and colour, this celestial jewel dazzles as both brooch and pendant. At its heart glows an old mine-cut Diamond within a deep midnight-blue Enamel roundel, framed by radiating rays set with twinkling rose-cut Diamonds tipped by creamy Pearls.

Crafted in rich 9ct Gold with luxurious 18ct Gold settings to the Diamond centre and Pearl halo, every detail sings of 19th-century craftsmanship. Wear it pinned to a lapel or thread it onto your favourite chain; the Diamonds total approximately 0.18ct, offering a scintillating sparkle against the inky Enamel and warm Gold.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant-brooch is 32mm long x 26.5mm wide.
Diamonds graduate from 1mm to 3mm in diameter, weighing approx. 0.18ct combined.
Pearls graduate from 2mm to 3mm in diameter.
WEIGHT: 6.5g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, 18ct Gold gemstone settings, Old Mine-Cut and Rose-Cut Diamonds (0.18ct), Pearls, Blue Enamel.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

EXCELLENT: Diamonds are bright with only minor natural age-related facet wear visible under magnification; Pearls are lustrous with light natural surface growth features. The Enamel presents beautifully with only slight edge wear commensurate with age. Settings, pin and fittings are secure and well cared for, with no evidence of later repair.
