A dreamy Arts & Crafts necklace with five luminous Blue Chalcedony cabochons framed by ornate Silver filigree. The hand-worked scrolls and granulated details give wonderful movement and texture, while the cool blue stones glow beautifully on the skin. Elegant and wearable at 18", it’s a striking piece of period design that sits effortlessly with both everyday shirts and evening dresses.

The chalcedony ovals are bright and even in colour, set in secure collet settings and linked by delicate filigree drops. Finished with a classic bolt-ring clasp, this is a gorgeous example of late 19th–early 20th century craftsmanship.

Blue Chalcedony cabochons each measure approximately 10mm long x 14mm wide.
Total Chalcedony weight is approx. 12.00ct combined.

MATERIALS: Tests as Sterling Silver, Blue Chalcedony (12.00ct).

STAMPS: SILVER.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

EXCELLENT: Chalcedony cabochons are bright and secure with no chips or abrasions visible under close inspection. Filigree panels and links are crisp and well-formed with no losses. Bolt-ring clasp fastens securely; overall wear is minimal, suggesting the piece has been very well cared for.
