Elegant and romantic, this Art Nouveau locket is beautifully engraved with a radiating sunburst punctuated by a petite floral rosette, framed by scrolling foliate detail and a delicate beaded border. Its warm Gold-gilded glow and refined ornamentation capture the graceful sensibility of the era.

The oval locket opens on a side hinge to reveal recessed frames inside, ready to cradle treasured photographs or keepsakes. Suspended from a fixed bale with a jump ring, it’s the perfect piece to add to your favourite chain and wear close to the heart.

MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 33mm long including jump ring.
Locket itself is 27mm in diameter.
WEIGHT: 6.5g.

MATERIALS: Tests as Gold-Gilded Metal.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

状態

EXCELLENT: Light surface wear and gentle patina in the engraved recesses commensurate with age, with crisp decorative detail throughout. Hinge, jump ring and edges are in excellent order with only minor rubbing to high points.
