A lyrical Art Nouveau lavalier pendant crafted in 9ct Gold, its airy openwork alive with flowing foliate scrolls and delicate floral collets. At the centre sits a vivid pink‑purple Garnet in a raised closed‑back bezel, the surrounding details dotted with tiny Pearls that add a soft, iridescent glow.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 38.5mm long including bale x 24.5mm wide.
Pearl measures 1.5mm in diameter.
Garnets measure 6mm long x 4mm wide x 4mm deep, approx. 0.60ct per Garnet.
WEIGHT: 2g

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, Garnets, Pearl

STAMPS: 9ct

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

EXCELLENT: The Garnet is bright and securely set with no chips or noticeable abrasions; Pearls are intact with lovely lustre. The Gold shows only light surface wear with a gentle, even patina; all settings are crisp and secure. No visible repairs, with minor tonal wear to the suspension ring commensurate with age.
