This Art Nouveau lavalier pendant, c.1905, is crafted in 9ct Gold with elegant openwork whiplash details. Two glowing red Garnets sit proudly at the centre, their rich colour contrasting beautifully with the golden curves of the design.

The fluid lines and scrolling forms are classic Art Nouveau, giving the piece a romantic and feminine allure. With its graceful proportions and striking gemstones, this pendant is a wonderful example of early 20th-century design and would make a standout addition to any collection.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 54mm long x 32mm wide.
Large Garnet is 10mm long x 7mm wide.
Small Garnet is 7.5mm long x 6mm wide.
WEIGHT: 3.4g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold, Garnet.

STAMPS: 9CT.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

EXCELLENT: The Garnets are bright and secure with no chips or abrasions. The Goldwork is smooth with crisp whiplash detailing, showing minimal wear for its age. A beautifully preserved Art Nouveau pendant.
