ERA: Art Nouveau (1890-1910).

MEASUREMENTS: Locket is 27.5mm long x 21.5mm wide.
Weight: 4.4g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 9ct Gold with metal frames.

STAMPS: 9CT BACK&FRONT on back of locket.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

VERY GOOD. This Art Nouveau engraved Gold locket is in very good condition. Made from saturated, warm yellow Gold, this antique locket reflects the light beautifully, and the repoussé and engraved details have remained crisp. There is some minor wear on both sides but this is barely noticeable while the locket is worn. Only one original frame has remained inside, but if the photos are cut to size, you can still place two of your most cherished photographs securely in place. Her doors close firmly and her jump ring is securely attached, allowing for confident and comfortable wear!
