This unusual Art Deco bracelet features a row of linked hearts, each decorated in the traditional Japanese shakudo damascene technique. Blackened panels are intricately inlaid with bright 24ct Gold to create detailed landscapes, figures, and architectural motifs, giving each heart its own miniature scene.

The bracelet’s warm gilded finish and finely rendered patterns make it a distinctive collector’s piece, while its 7.5” length ensures it can be comfortably worn today. A timeless combination of East and West in true Art Deco fashion.

Hearts each measure 14mm x 14mm.

MATERIALS: Base metal gilded with 24ct Gold, shakudo damascene panels

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

状態

VERY GOOD: The damascene panels retain strong detail and contrast, with only minor surface wear consistent with age. The Gold gilding is intact across most of the bracelet, with slight softening to edges from gentle wear. Clasp is secure and in good working order.
