Ring profile sits 10.5mm from the finger when worn.
Star Sapphire is 17mm long x 14.5mm wide, weighing approx 19.95ct.
Baguette Diamonds graduate from 1.5mm long x 1.25mm wide to 4mm long x 2mm wide.
Kite-shaped Diamonds are 6mm long x 3mm wide.
Weight: 11.6g

MATERIALS: Tests as Platinum throughout, natural Star Sapphire (19.95ct) with no evidence of heat treatment, Diamonds.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

VERY GOOD. This Art Deco Platinum Star Sapphire Diamond cocktail ring is in lovely antique condition. The star Sapphire is truly mesmerising and securely held within its settings, with wonderful exposure to the light allowing it to thrive. There is some very subtle surface wear to the cabochon as you'd expect from a ring that's 100 year old, only visible under a jeweller's loupe. The Platinum is structurally robust, binding this Art Deco ring together beautifully. She is not one to be missed!
