Item Details

ERA: Art Deco (1920-1939).

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 25mm long, including jump ring.
Pendant is 15mm wide.
Baby is 10.5mm long x 8.5mm wide.
Weight: 4g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 800 Silver (Gilded), Enamel.

STAMPS: "800" on lid.
HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

Condition

VERY GOOD. The Enamel has largely lasted beautifully, with only a few corners chipping away slightly in places. The hinge is in fine working order, with the lid of the pendant opening and closing securely. The Gilded 800 Silver is in wonderful condition, with only some subtle wear to the underside of the lid. Overall, this is a beautiful pendant which has been well preserved over the years.
