A luminous Art Deco 18ct Gold pendant showcasing a beautifully carved Jadeite Jade cabochon in a vivid, translucent green. The stone is sculpted with delicate leaf and vein motifs and secured in a fine bezel with small prongs, crowned by a decorative foliate cap for a softly naturalistic finish.

Hand-finished details abound, from the outer double-wire frame to the teardrop aperture on the reverse that allows light to play through the stone. Suspended from a neat tapered bail, this elegant piece marries organic carving with the refined simplicity of the Deco era.

MEASUREMENTS: Pendant is 34.5mm long including bail.
Pendant is 18mm wide.
Jadeite Jade measures 21.5mm long x 17mm wide.
WEIGHT: 3.3g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, Jadeite Jade.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

EXCELLENT: The Jadeite Jade is bright and intact with no chips or cracks observed, showing minor natural inclusions and a few light surface marks under close inspection. The 18ct Gold mount shows light surface scratches and gentle patina consistent with age; the settings and decorative cap are secure with no obvious repairs. Overall, the pendant has been well cared for and presents beautifully.
