Ring band is 1.5mm wide at the back.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Yellow Gold, Platinum settings, Old-European Diamond (0.80ct, J Colour, Si1 Clarity).

STAMPS: 18CT stamp inside band.

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT. This Art Deco 18ct Gold bezel-set Diamond solitaire ring is quite the find with an astoundingly rare 0.80ct old European Diamond! The ring is stunning, inlaid with a bright and sparkly old-European cut Diamond in perfect condition with no chips, or abrasion of any kind.

The ring has a robust 18ct Gold shank and superb Platinum settings. There is a minor kink inside the band from where it has been previously resized, a sure sign that she was well-loved for many years before. But rest assured it is strong enough to be worn with confidence daily!
